

The first two playoff teams, both from Deer Lodge Curling Club, have been determined in CurlManitoba’s Dynasty Mixed Doubles Championship in Neepawa. Roxie Trembath & Sean Grassie (Deer Lodge) and Robyn Henry & Rob Gordon (Deer Lodge) have won the two “A” Event qualifying spots in the triple knockout competition.
In the “B” Event qualifying games, Sunday at 10:00AM, Katie McKenzie & Thomas Dunlop (Stonewall) will play Randine Baker & Tanner Lott (Selkirk) and Mikaylah Lyburn & William Lyburn (Granite) will play Darcy Robertson & James Kirkness (Assiniboine Memorial). McKenzie/Dunlop have a 3W-1L record, Lyburn/Lyburn and Robertson/Kirkness have 2W-1L record and Baker/Lott, who have played only two games due to a first game seeding bye, have a 1W-1L record.
Losers of the Sunday 10:00AM “B” qualifiers will drop into “C” qualifying games at 4:00PM Sunday.
The six-team playoff round takes place on Monday, February 17. Trembath/Grassie and Henry/Gordon have earned byes to the semi-finals.
