University of Manitoba Curling Club at Deer Lodge Curling Club

The University of Manitoba Curling Club is a mixed recreational fun league that curls at Deer Lodge Curling Club on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

We have some openings for regular weekly curlers as well as spares. Novice, as well as experienced curlers are welcome. Individuals are placed on teams based on their experience and skill level.

Charleswood Men’s Master’s Curling League

Our Thursday, 9:30 AM section, is looking immediately for a team of curlers, 60 plus, to fill our schedule. We are also looking for individual spares/full-time members for  our Tuesday and Thursday draws (both at 9:30 AM). The need becomes more acute following Christmas, when many curlers go south for the winter. The Pembina Oldtimers Men’s Curling League is holding an in In-person Registration Session on Wednesday September 5, from 1 pm – 3 pm at the Pembina Curling Club, 1341 Pembina Hwy.   Our season consists of 4 rounds with each round consisting of 10 games. Two games are played per week, alternating between Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1PM from October to March. Teams are established using random selection before the start of each round. Bantams – For kids aged 8 and up with some knowledge of the game with focus on skills development progressing to shorter games.  Cost is $120.00 for 20 weeks – Saturdays 2:45 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Juniors – For kids 12 & up who have played the game.  The program starts with refreshing skills and quickly gets into game play.  You may enter as a single, team or with a few friends.  Cost is $120.00 per person for 20 weeks – Saturdays 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Elmwood Curling Club-Shaft & Derrick curling league

The Shaft & Derrick curling league is looking for a curler playing lead. We are a for fun league and play at the Elmwood Curling Club on Fridays starting at 5 PM. Cost is $185 for the season.
