CurlManitoba is hosting the Canola Junior Men’s and Women’s Provincials, December 26-31, 2017 in Altona MB. The event is being held between the Altona Curling Club and the Millennium Exhibition Centre, giving the opportunity for Manitoba’s finest junior curlers to compete on arena ice.
The respective winners of the Junior Men’s and Junior Women’s provincials will earn the opportunity to represent Manitoba at the New Holland Canadian Junior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships, January 13-21, 2018 in Shawinigan, Quebec.
The Susan Galbraith awards are presented to an athlete from both the Junior Men’s and Women’s divisions who demonstrates the attributes of good sportsmanship while competing.
This years Junior Men’s winner is J.T Ryan from the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club.
This years Junior Women’s winner is Hanne Jensen from the Winkler Curling Club.
